I was there - at the nerve center - in Baqubah as we re-took that poor city block by block in the summer of 2007. I also met Michael Yon there and have followed his reporting since. He's a humble man to meet him, but his reporting is the single most accurate source of media information I've seen. He is one of the most non-political, intelligent, and important people to listen to on the Iraq War today.
